- This site only acts as a main display of products, the real orders are processed through the whatsapp. After selecting the product you wish, you need to send a message to our Whatsapp Using the Whatsapp button. And your order will be processed after communicating with the sales client
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

- Orders are processed only on working days and delivered via our trusted courier partners.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, public holidays, or unexpected delays.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided (if available).

- We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof via where you confirmed your order
- We do not accept returns for size issues — please refer to our size guide before ordering.
- No refunds are issued under any circumstance; eligible returns will receive store credit or replacements only.
